For the mission No Gods, No Masters - after you overload the console in the Control Room with the chip that Yes Man gives you, the objective changes to Destroy the Dam Generators. Well, at this the map points to a location to the Hoover Dam Office where, when I went in it pointed to the elevator which is blocked by couches etc. Well, this is what the bug is. You are not supposed to enter this building at all. I went back to the building where I overloaded the console, i.e. the Control Room and then found that the mission pointer is now pointing towards Power Plant 01 accessible from the same building.
