Unknown Solution to Dandruff Problem

I have this problem wherein if I do not take a bath or wash my hair everyday (viz. every 24 hours) then I get dandruff in my head with a peculiar smell.
I tried almost every shampoo from mild ones to strong chemical concentrates but none seemed to have any effect. Finally what seems to be a solution has had a positive effect on my scalp.

I used to use extremely hot water to have bath. Apparently, hot water damaged my scalp and resulted in recurring dandruff. Little did I know while washing my head thoroughly with the hot water that the solvent is the problem!

Furthermore, I also often get small yellow puss-filled bumps on my head. They go away after consuming an antibiotic called Cefadroxil but tend to return. The problem is caused by nothing but unclean contact with my head or scalp. Changing my bedsheets everyday and washing the towel every three days took care of this problem. Although it is difficult to maintain the required level of hygiene sometimes resulting in the return of the ghastly bumps. I think if one has a hypersensitive-allergic system (which I do), then contact with unclean foreign objects invokes an allergic reaction from the body which in turn results in some kinds of bacterial infection. I know it's a bacterial infection because the antibiotic that I mentioned is for bacterial infections principally.
