I feel that many people, especially youngsters, interpret alcohol incorrectly. Many of us often have a bit too much to drink. And later, we are taunted by our fellow drinkers like "YOU GOT DRUNK WITH JUST THAT MUCH?" or "YOU CANNOT HANDLE ALCOHOL BUDDY." If you ask me, these people are fools. Lets just face it...alcohol aint free and you drink alcohol mainly to get drunk and enjoy. So the more amount of alcohol you require to get drunk the more you need to spend! I just ignore any comments on my alcohol capacity.
One explanation that I feel that lies behind the kind of reaction that one draws upon getting drunk with less amount of alcohol is that alcohol drinking is more of a social activity. Which means that longer you spend time drinking and chatting with your friends the more fun you have. And the more capacity you have, the longer you will be able to drink. However, I think one can do away with this problem by adjusting the pace at which one drinks. Once again, I absolutely ignore any comments at my pace of drinking and enjoy it the way my body can handle. I dont think any of us are a big fan of puking post drinking. Best way to keep puke at bay is to drink at a slower pace which keeps you high and prevents overloading the body at the same time.
