Nokia 5800 : heating, camera not focusing, short battery life [Potential Solution]

After I gave my 5800 to the Nokia Care for getting the LCD replaced (it had the same problem that 60% 5800 screens have) I got back the phone with yet more problems. These were:
1. The phone heated up constantly, even when switched off.
2. Camera did not focus correctly except for objects about 6cms from the screen.
3. Battery dies in around 4-6 hours.

I think all these problems were due to incorrect assembly of the phone by the Nokia Care executives. Anyways, I have found a solution to at least the 1st and last point stated above.
When you sense that the phone is heating up all you need to do is remove the battery for around 15-30 mins and put it back in. This has rid me of the problems and my camera is able to focus most of the times now.

However, just for your information - the screen that got replaced has started showing distorted display again. So I think the problem lies not in the screen but in the connectors and other parts of the phone. How dumb can Nokia be to replace the screen every time instead of looking for the root of the problem. Or maybe they tried and the solution to the problem was something infeasible.

[Edit]
After doing what I have written above for 2 weeks the problem vanished on its own. All the aforementioned symptoms are gone and my phone is working perfectly. I don't know if the above solution fixed it or something else did. However, the screen still refuses to work.
